7-12 City Hall

Ivy and Stas. Ivy and Stas have lived in Philadelphia for the past two and a half years, and they are passing through city hall on their way to the subway. When asked his least favorite thing about the city, Stas answers, “I don’t really know. I guess that no one seems to care about how busted it is.” Ivy replies, “But I do love that there are a lot of cool people here.”

John. John has lived in the city since 1989, and works at City Hall. He says, “I love that it’s cheaper than New York, but I hate that it’s dirtier than New York.”

Jessica. Jessica has lived in Philadelphia all her life, and she is passing through city hall on her way to the bus. Her favorite thing is the shopping, and her least favorite thing is, “how crowed it is. There’s too many people at times.”

Samantha. She has lived here all of her 17 years, and is also passing through City Hall to catch the bus. She says her least favorite thing about the city is the wind, but replies, “I really love the shopping though.”

Ted. A resident of Philadelphia for 19 years, Ted is walking through City Hall today taking photographs and inquiring about a Mylar ball that used to hang there. He says, “When one would look at the ball, one would see themselves, but they took it down because it was deteriorating.” His favorite thing about the city is the size. He says, “It’s very walk able. I also love the architecture and even the traffic.” His least favorite thing is that everyone is only concerned with monetary interests.
